Pecan Pie with OREO Courtesy Of: Oreo- Mondelez Pecan Pie with OREO Prep Time: 25 min Total Time: 1 hour Makes 4 pies, 10 servings 170 g OREO Medium Cookie Pieces 140 g pecans, coarsely chopped 4 unbaked 23cm pastry shells 900 g eggs 900 g light corn syrup 450 g sugar 225 g unsalted butter, melted 30 g vanilla extract Divide OREO Pieces and pecans evenly among 4 pastry shells.
Beat eggs until foamy. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Divide filling evenly over ingredients in pastry shell.
Bake in 400°F (200°C) standard oven 15 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (180°C). Continue baking 40 to 45 min. or until tops are set. Cool completely on wire racks.
Refrigerate several hours or until cold. Cut each pie into 10 slices.


Serving Suggestion:
Garnish each slice with whipped cream before serving.
