Method

COMBINE spread and dressing until smooth. Refrigerate until use. Can be prepared up to 3 days in advance.

FOR each serving: Combine 3 cups (750 mL) salad greens and 1/4 cup (60 mL) each oranges, fi gs and prosciutto. Add 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dressing mixture; mix lightly.

TRANSFER to serving plate or bowl; top with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) each cheese and nuts. Serve immediately.

Substitute: Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese for the Asiago cheese.

Substitute: toasted hazelnuts or chopped walnuts for the almonds.
