Smoked Salmon Flatbreads Courtesy Of: Kraft Canada Foodservice Smoked Salmon Flatbreads 16 servings, 1 fl atbread, (300 g) 2 L Cherry tomatoes, halved 2 tsp. Salt 10 mL Black pepper 3 Tbsp. Olive oil 16 Flatbreads (8-inch), warmed 500 mL Pure Kraft Refrigerated Ranch Dressing 675 g Smoked salmon 2 L Baby arugula Eggs, fried sunny side-up 16 (each)
1) Arrange tomatoes in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Season with salt and pepper; drizzle with oil.

2) Bake in 350ºF (180ºC) standard oven 18 to 20 min. or until softened and lightly charred.

3) For each serving: Top 1 warm fl atbread with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dressing, about 1/2 cup (125 mL) tomatoes, 1.5 oz. (45 g) salmon, 1/2 cup (125 mL) arugula and 1 egg. Drizzle with additional 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) dressing.
