1. Deep-fry in a preheated 350F kettle four pieces of fish 3-4 minutes. Drain and reserve.
2. Warm the two tortillas over char-broiler or flat top griddle.
3. Spoon guacamole onto tortilla in a line down the center, arrange two pieces of fish atop. Garnish with finely shredded cabbage, thinly sliced radish, salsa, feta and sprigs of cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
