Moroccan Beef Tenderloin Kabobs Courtesy Of: Fine Meats Toronto Moroccan Beef Tenderloin  Kabobs 10 skewers

Place all cut veggies and meat into a metal bowl.                           

Combine spices with lemon juice and zest and oil.                           

Marinate meat and vegetables for half hour.                                  

Thread meat and vegetables onto metal skewer.                            

Grill over high heat until meat is seared and vegetables have begun to cook.                               

Transfer to a baking pan and finish in the oven for 8 minutes
