Rib Eye Steak with Chimichurri Courtesy Of: Sysco Toronto Rib Eye Steak with Chimichurri 3 cup

 

Season steaks with salt and pepper and grill to required doneness.  Set aside and allow steaks to rest. 

Using a food processor, blitz all ingredients to a chunky paste.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with grilled Rib Eye Steak.
