Place strip loin piece in freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
On a meat slicer, slice Striploin steak very thin across the grain.
Mix together the soy, wine, sugar, minced garlic and minced ginger.
Marinate slices of beef in mixture for 20 minutes.
Heat sauté pan with oil and cook mushrooms until soft.
Blanch asparagus spears until tender.
Roll each slice of meat around 1 tbsp of mushroom mix and a spear of asparagus.Season each roll with s&p and grill for 1 minute per side. Serve hot.
