  1. Season the steak with the salt and pepper, then cook to 125 degrees or your preferred doneness
  2. Using a circular cutter , cut the bread and lightly toast
  3. Blend the goat and cream cheese together and place on top of the toasted bread
  4. Prepare the demi-glace as per included instructions and hold 
  5. Deep fry the mushrooms and drain on paper towel
  6. Warm the crostini in the oven for 3-4 minutes at 400
  7. Place the crostini on a warm plate, set the steak on top of the crostini, drizzle the demi-glace over the steak, then garnish with the enoki mushrooms and parsley
