Chili and Coffee Rubbed Ribeye Steak Courtesy Of: Sysco Fine Meats Toronto Chili and Coffee Rubbed Ribeye Steak

 

  1. Prepare the compound butter with softened butter, chopped green onion, shallots and chipotle peppers, blend these ingredients all together, and form into 1 oz portions
  2. Create the rub by blending the chili and garlic powder with the ground coffee
  3. Season the steak with the rub and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes
  4. Grill the steak to 125 degrees or your preferred doneness
  5. Top the steak with 1 or 2 portions of the compound butter and allow the butter to begin melting before serving.
