Aztec Sirloin Courtesy Of: Sysco Fine Meats Toronto Aztec Sirloin 1 Grill the steak to an internal temperature of 125 degrees or preferred doneness. 2 Top the steak with BBQ sauce 3 Cook the sweet potato fries and place on the plate 4 Set the steak ( sauce side up ) on the fries 5 Top the steak with the guacamole 5 Add the Pico de Gallo on top of the guacamole 6 Place on a dab of sour cream and garnish with flat Parsley and a coloured tortilla chip.
