  1. Preheat oven to 177°C/350°F.
  2. Spray an oven safe serving dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese, garlic, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Sit in spinach, artichokes, ½ of the crispy bacon, chipotle chili, and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Spoon this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Mix the panko, the other ½ of the bacon and parmesan cheese together and sprinkle it over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spray the panko/bacon and parmesan mixture with a quick spray of the non-stick cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and the top is lightly browned.
  9. Serve with toasted French Bread, warm flat bread, and/or tortilla chips.
