  1. Using an electric mixer or wire whip, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
  2. Spread mixture lengthwise in a 51–76 mm/2-3” band across the bottom of a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Roll the parchment paper to form a log, twisting both ends of the paper to remove air and tighten the roll. Wrap the log with plastic wrap, label, date and store refrigerated or frozen for a longer shelf life.
  4. Cut desired portion from log and melt over grilled meat, poultry and fish or use to finish sauces and pasta.
