Mix the ingredients together, in a bowl
Place the pork into a container and cover with the ingredients
Allow the pork to marinade for 1-2 hours in the fridge
Place the pork on a baking tray with the marinade and cook, turn the pork halfway through to allow even cooking
Internal temperature should reach 145°F (approx. 30 mins cooking time)
Once cooked, allow to rest for 5 minutesSlice the pork and serve with the ginger sauce.
