Pan Roasted, Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin w/ Blueberry Reduction Pan Roasted, Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin w/ Blueberry Reduction Per Portion Clean silver skin and excess fat off pork.  Roll in spice blend and heat sauté pan with oil.  Sear all sides of pork, and place in oven at 350°F, 20 minutes. Remove pork from oven and then pork from pan, deglaze with blueberries and juices. Arrange plate with above sliced pork and accompanied goodies, drizzle sauce around pork.
