Long Grain and Wild Rice Pilaf Long Grain and Wild Rice Pilaf 25 servings
  1. Bring water and all ingredients except the two rice’s to a boil in a 7.5 L/2 gal. stock pot with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Add rice and stir well. Bring to a boil and turn down to a low simmer.
  3. Cover and cook for 50 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Fluff rice with a fork and serve with appropriate protein, such as baked chicken.
