  1. Preheat oven to 177°C/350°F.
  2. Spray an oven safe serving dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Stir in green chilis, jalapeno peppers, Mexican cheese blend, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Spoon this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Mix together the panko and parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spray the panko and parmesan with a quick spray of non-stick cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the mixture is hot and the top is lightly browned.
  9. Serve with toasted French bread and/or tortilla chips.
  10. Chef's Notes: This dip can also be used as a topping for grilled chicken.
