  1. Prepare item per recipe.
  2. Heat butter, vinegar and sugar in a non-stick sauté pan over medium heat.
  3. Place pear quarters and walnuts into pan.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes or until the pears are just soft.
  5. Do not overcook the pears.
  6. Place arugula on a plate.
  7. Top with the warm pears, walnuts and grilled chicken.
  8. Drizzle with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.
  9. Garnish with a slice of soft blue cheese and serve.
