In large skillet, melt butter. Add wine, ground black pepper, parsley and heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add flour to thicken.

Add seafood and simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

Add vegetables and simmer until vegetables are tender-crisp or to your liking.

Add everything to hot pasta and top with the fresh dill and goat cheese.
