· Bake Cranberry Pumpkinseed Loaf and Cool.
· Cut loaf into 12 equal slices, saving ends for another application.
· Whisk together remaining ingredients in medium mixing bowl and soak slices up to 1 hour.
· Place on pre-heated flat top and cook until both sides are golden brown.
· Garnish plate with butter and drizzle with maple syrup, fresh fruit, and confectioners’ sugar.
