  2. Deep fry shrimp, set aside and keep warm until ready for service.
  3. Combine Napa cabbage, fennel, carrots, celery, parsley, and prepared dressing in bowl. Toss together until evenly coated with dressing.
  4. Plate each portion and garnish with shrimp and green onions.
