-       On the bottom half:

·         Spread mayo over focaccia.

·         Cover with roasted chicken strips.

-       On the top half:

·         Lay out the tomato slices evenly.

·         Lay out the bacon evenly on top of the tomato slices.

·         Cover with the cheese slices.


-       Place both halves on a baking sheet crust side down and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 min - cheese is melted.


-       Remove from oven and immediately top with shredded lettuce.


-       Flip the top over (cheese will hold ingredients on) and close up the sandwich.
