In a standing mixer with the paddle attachment, whip cream cheese until soft. Add mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and whip until incorporated. Remove paddle from mixer and add parsley, green onion and surimi, gently folding in. Depending on its size, top each artichoke heart with 2-3 Tbsp. of the surimi mixture and sprinkle with 1 tsp. bread crumbs. Bake on a foil lined sheet pan in oven for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
