Surimi Slaw with Poppy Seed Dressing Courtesy Of: Trident Seafoods Surimi Slaw with Poppy Seed Dressing 12 servings 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon honey ¼ cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon poppy seeds 1 cup green apple, thickly grated 3 cups green & red cabbage, thinly shredded ½ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped 1-2.5 pound package Chunk or Leg Style Surimi In a blender, robot coupe or with and hand mixer blend together the first 3 ingredients then slowly incorporate oil. Stir in poppy seeds then add remaining ingredients and toss gently. Serve immediately.
