Surimi Baked Artichoke Hearts Courtesy Of: Trident Seafoods Surimi Baked Artichoke Hearts 30 stuffed artichokes 2 pounds Cream cheese, softened 2 cups mayonnaise 2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded ¼ cup fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoons garlic, minced ½ cup parsley, minced ½ cup green onion, chopped 1-2.5 pound package Shredded Style Surimi 30 canned artichoke heart bottoms, drained 2 cups bread crumbs Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a standing mixer with the paddle attachment, whip cream cheese until soft. Add mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice and garlic and whip until incorporated. Remove paddle from mixer and add parsley, green onion and surimi, gently folding in. Top each artichoke heart with about 2-3 Tablespoons or about 2 oz wt., depending on the size of the artichoke, with the Surimi mixture and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon bread crumbs. Bake on a foil lined sheet pan in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
