Pesto Marinated Chicken Breasts Courtesy Of: Olivieri Pesto Marinated Chicken Breasts 4 oz ARREZZIO Pesto Supreme or Sundried Tomato Pesto 1 clove of garlic, minced 1 orange, zesty and juice 1/2 small onion, finely diced 4 oz vegetable oil 8 Maple Leaf Prime Naturally chicken breasts to taste Fresh ground pepper Combine ingredients well. Reserve 1/4 of the pesto sauce in refrigerator.
Coat chicken breasts with remaining pesto sauce and marinate for at least 1 hour or over night in refrigerator.
Grill or BBQ chicken on medium heat until cooked.
Brush with remaining pesto sauce during cooking.
