Tropical Pineapple Salsa Courtesy Of: Wing's Tropical Pineapple Salsa 4 cups 1 cup (250 ml) ripe but firm papaya, cubed 1 cup (250 ml) sweet onion, diced 1 tsp chopped fresh jalapeno pepper 4 (about 1 tbsp) mint leaves 1 tsp minced cilantro 1 golden pineapple, cubed 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Monsoon Spicy Thai Sauce 3 teaspoon (45 ml) Wing’s Soy Sauce 2 stalks minced green onion 2/3 cup (160 ml) Jade Mountain Plum Sauce 1 dash black pepper Mix all ingredients together and serve. Can keep for 4 days covered and chilled.
