Honey Garlic Beef Sliders Courtesy Of: Wing's Honey Garlic Beef Sliders 12 servings 2 pounds Ground medium beef 200 ml Jade Mountain Honey Garlic Sauce about 1/3 to 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs to taste Salt and pepper 12 Mini hamburger buns Olive oil for brushing Garnish with red onion, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts and cilantro 1. To prepare the burgers, combine beef, Jade Mountain Honey Garlic Sauce and Panko Bread Crumbs in a medium bowl. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed and form into a firm consistency.

2. Using a light touch, make 12 one inch patties. Make the rounds equal in diameter and thickness.

3. Drizzle oil on both sides of the patties and season with salt and pepper.

4. Place burgers on direct heat and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

5. Remove burgers from grill.

6. Serve the burgers on mini burger buns with red onion, cucumber, sprouts and cilantro.
