Dave’s Big Stromboli Courtesy Of: David Franklin Dave’s Big Stromboli Serves 2 Bacon Precooked,3 slices Meatball Beef Broiled 1oz,3 pc Sausage Italian Cart Style,½ pc Maple Leaf Ham Boneless Toupie,1 oz Pepperoni Sliced 38mm,10 slices Vegetable Blend Fajita Strips,2 oz Arrezzio Cheese Pizza Mozzarella Shredded,2 oz Olive Oil,1 oz Arrezzio Sauce Marinara,4 oz Spice Oregano Dried Leaves,½ tsp Dough pizza Presheeted 12x16,½ sheet Arrezzio Sauce Pizza ,2 oz 1. Thaw pizza dough overnight in refrigerator, divide in half lengthwise. Reserve other piece for a later use.

2. Spread dough with pizza sauce leaving a 3cm frame all around.

3. In a straight line down the center of the sauce, tile pepperoni slices.

4. In a bowl, combine chopped bacon, chopped meatballs, sliced sausage, drained fajita veg and diced ham with shredded cheese.

5. Place meat mixture over top pepperoni and fold one long edge of the dough over filling, carefully fold other edge over. Pinch to seal while pressing out any excess air. Pinch in and fold ends.

6. Carefully flip filled dough onto baking pan and brush with olive oil. Slash vent holes in top gently with a very sharp knife and sprinkle with dried oregano. Let dough rise in a warm place 10 minutes before baking.

7. Bake in a 400F preheated oven 15 18 minutes until filling is hot and crust is lightly browned. Allow Stromboli to rest before slicing into 12 even pieces, serve with hot marinara for dipping.
