Grilled Shrimp-Caesar Salad Courtesy Of: Kraft Grilled Shrimp-Caesar Salad 24 servings Uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined,6 lb. [2.7 kg] Kraft Calorie-Wise Creamy Caesar Dressing, divided,1-1/2 cups [375 mL] Fresh lemon juice,6 Tbsp. [90 mL] Black pepper,1 Tbsp. [15 mL] Romaine lettuce, torn,2-1/4 gal. [9 L] Tomatoes, cut into wedges,3 qt. [3 L] Fat-free Caesar-flavoured croutons,1-1/2 qt. [1.5 L] Kraft Shredded Parmesan,6 Tbsp. [90 mL] COMBINE shrimp, 6 Tbsp. (90 mL) dressing (or 1 Tbsp. [15 mL] dressing for trial recipe), lemon juice and pepper. Let stand 15 min. to marinate.
GRILL shrimp on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
TOSS lettuce with tomatoes, croutons, Parmesan and remaining dressing.
For each serving:
PLACE about 2 cups (500 mL) salad mixture on serving plate; top with about 1/2 cup (125 mL) shrimp. Serve immediately.
Special Extra:
Garnish with lemon wedges.

Substitute:
Prepare using boneless skinless chicken breasts. Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (170ºF); cut into strips, then use as directed.

Use Your Broiler:
Shrimp can be cooked under the broiler instead of on the grill. Broil 2 to 3 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
