SYSCO Classic sweet potatoes, cooked, mashed 4-1/2 cups SYSCO Classic canned evaporated milk 3 cups SYSCO Classic granulated sugar 6 oz. SYSCO Imperial butter, melted 9 SYSCO Classic eggs, large, beaten 3 tbsp. Molasses 1 tbsp. SYSCO Imperial vanilla extract 1-1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial ground ginger 3/4 tsp. SYSCO Imperial ground cinnamon 3/4 tsp. SYSCO Imperial nutmeg 3/4 tsp. SYSCO Classic salt 3 Graham cracker pie shells, 10 inches x 1-1/2 inches deep 1. Mix sweet potatoes with milk, sugar, butter, eggs, molasses, vanilla, spices and salt until smoothly blended.
2. Pour 1 quart filling into each pie shell. Bake on sheet pans in 350°F oven until browned and center is set, 45 to 50 minutes.
3. Cool pies to room temperature. Cut each pie into 8 wedges.
