SYSCO Imperial fresh apples, peeled, cored 3 each SYSCO Classic 9-inch pie shells, baked 2-1/4 cups SYSCO Wholesome Farms low-fat milk 6 each SYSCO Classic large eggs 3/4 cup SYSCO Classic granulated sugar 1 Tbsp. SYSCO Imperial pure vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. SYSCO Classic salt 1. Cut apples into thin slices. Arrange 1 pound slices in each shell.
2. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour 1-1/4 cups custard into each pie shell.
3. Bake tarts at 325°F. about 45 minutes until custard is barely set. Cool; cut each into 8 wedges.
