SYSCO Butter 8 cups SYSCO Supreme chicken stock 3 cups SYSCO Imperial sweet potatoes, peeled and diced 3 cups SYSCO Imperial potatoes, peeled and diced 4 cups SYSCO Wholesome Farms milk 1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/ McCormick pepper 1/2 tsp. SYSCO Imperial/ McCormick seasoned salt Dash of SYSCO Imperial/ McCormick cinnamon Dash of SYSCO nutmeg 1. Sauté onion and apple in butter. Add chicken stock, potatoes and sweet potatoes. Cook until tender. Purée mixture until smooth. Combine puréed potatoes, milk and all seasonings in a stock pot. Heat and season to taste. Garnish each serving with sour cream.
