Chinese-Style Spare Ribs Courtesy Of: National Pork Producers Council Chinese-Style Spare Ribs 24 lbs SYSCO Classic pork spareribs 1 cup Hoisin sauce 1 cup Water 3/4 cup Dry sherry 1/3 cup SYSCO Classic honey 1/3 cup SYSCO Imperial Dynasty soy sauce 1-1/2 Tbsp SYSCO Classic garlic, minced 1. Cut spareribs into 1-pound slabs. Arrange flat in stainless steel pans.
2. Combine hoisin sauce, water, sherry, honey, soy sauce and garlic; mix thoroughly. Brush meat on all sides with marinade. Cover pans and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
3. Place marinated ribs in roasting pans. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F. for 2 hours until tender. Portion 1 slab for each serving.
