Broccoli and Orzo Wrap Courtesy Of: Sysco Corporation Broccoli and Orzo Wrap Serves 12 300 g or 12 oz Orzo, cooked, cooled and well drained 680 g or 1 1/2 lbs Sysco Natural broccoli florettes, blanched 150 mL or 6 oz Sysco IMperial creamy Caesar dressing 50 g or 2 oz Red bell peppers, chopped 50 g or 2 oz Green onions 360 mL or 12 oz Basil pesto sauce, prepared 12 10" flour tortillas, vegetable flavoured or plain 1. In a large container, combine orzo, broccoli, red bell peppers, green onions and Caesar dressing, toss to mix.
2. If needed, warm tortillas on a flat grill to soften. For each order, lay 1 tortilla flat and spread with 2 tablespoons of pesto then place 6 ounces of broccoli filling down the centre.
3. Fold left to right sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll away from you to close.
