Pesto Pizza Courtesy Of: Olivieri Foodservice Pesto Pizza Serves 2-3 25 g or 1 oz Arrezzio pesto supreme sauce 1 Plantina 12" crust 50 g or 2 oz Mozzarella cheese, shredded 50 g or 2 oz Provolone cheese, shredded 75 g or 3 oz Genoa salami cut into thin slices, then into strip 25 g or 1 oz Black olives, sliced 50 g or 2 oz Tomatoes, diced 25 g or 1 oz Green onions, finely sliced 25 g or 1 oz Red peppers, finely sliced 1. Spread pizza shell with pesto sauce and top with tomatoes, salami, black olives, and onions.
2. Sprinkle with cheese amd top with red peppers.
3. Bake at 425*F for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
