Savoury Peach Stir-Fry Sauce Courtesy Of: Cling Peach Board Savoury Peach Stir-Fry Sauce 3 Litres 2.84 L or 100 oz Sysco Imperial peaches in light syrup, drained, pureed, reserve juice 750 mL or 3 cups Soy sauce 625 mL or 2 1/2 cups Rice Vinegar 1 L or 4 cups Reserved Sysco Imperial peaches syrup 750 mL or 3 cups Brown Sugar 2 Garlic cloves, minced 10 mL or 2 tsp Ground ginger 5 mL or 1 tsp Dry red chili flakes, to taste 1. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, peach syrup, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and chili flakes in a stainless steel saucepan.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat and then reduce heat to a simmer for about 5 minutes (to cook the ginger and garlic).
3. Remove from heat and stir into pureed peaches.
4. Use as stir-fry sauce for poultry, pork and vegetables.
5. To store, cover and refrigerate for up to one week.
