Barbecue Chicken Caesar Salad Courtesy Of: Lynch Foodservice Barbecue Chicken Caesar Salad Serves 4 4 – 150 g pieces or 6 oz pieces Boneless/skinless chicken breast 500 mL or 2 cups Sysco Imperial South Western Chipotle BBQ Sauce 1 piece Head of Romaine lettuce 250 mL or 1 cup Caesar salad dressing 500 mL or 2 cups Croutons (medium sized) 250 mL or 1 cup Flaked parmesan cheese Marinate chicken breasts in sauce for 2 to 3 hours.

Bake chicken breasts for 1 hour at 375° F or in until fully cooked. Baste with sauce and let cool.

Cut chicken into slices. Tear lettuce into big bowl, add Caesar salad dressing and toss, add croutons and toss.

Place serving into serving plate and add 1 sliced chicken breast and parmesan cheese.
