Buffalo Chicken Dip Courtesy Of: French's Foodservice Buffalo Chicken Dip 12 Servings 500 mL or 2 cups FRANK’S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wing Sauce 910 g or 2 lbs Softened cream cheese 500 mL or 2 cups Blue cheese dressing 250 mL or 1 cup Crumbled blue cheese 2 kg or 8 cups Cooked chicken, shredded 500 mL or 2 cups Celery, finely diced 375 mL or 1 ½ cups Mozzarella or provolone cheese, shredded Julienne vegetables, chips, crackers, etc. Whisk together cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, FRANK’S® REDHOT® and crumbled blue cheese. Fold in chicken and celery, mix well. Portion 1 cup (250 mL) of mixture into shallow oven or microwave proof ramekins. Top each with 2 tablespoons (30 mL) of cheese. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

For service, reheat dip until golden and bubbly.
