All-purpose flour 3 qt. or 12 cups Wholesome Farms milk, heated 2-1/4 qt. or 9 cups Water, hot 3oz. each Sysco Imperial chicken and beef base 1lb. 8oz. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 3 oz. Beer, flat 4-1/2 oz. Celery, diced 4-1/2 oz. Onion, diced 8 oz. Carrots, peeled, shredded 1/2 tsp. Garlic salt 1/2 tsp. Ground white pepper Melt margarine over low heat; stir in flour. Cook roux, stirring, about 20 minutes. Add hot milk and water to roux. Cook and stir until thickened. Add chicken and beef base; cook, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.

Add cheese, beer, celery, onion, carrots, garlic salt and white pepper to soup. Simmer over low heat 1 hour. Portion 1 cup for each serving.
