Peach Smoothie with Coconut Milk Courtesy Of: California Cling Peach Board Peach Smoothie with Coconut Milk 3 398 mL or 1-14 oz can Sysco Imperial peach slices in light syrup 250 mL or 1 cup Chilled coconut milk 1 Sliced ripe banana 5 mL or 1 tsp Rum extract 5 mL or 1 tsp Vanilla Optional Nutmeg In blender, combine peaches (with syrup), coconut milk, banana, rum extract and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

Serve cold with a pinch of nutmeg, if desired. Makes approximately 3 cups (750 mL).

Option: Use a splash of rum instead of rum extract.
