Sweet Chicken Wrap with California Cling Peaches Courtesy Of: California Cling Peach Board Sweet Chicken Wrap with California Cling  Peaches 6 Servings 1-14 oz can or 398 mL Sysco Imperial peach halves in light syrup, drained and coarsely chopped 1 cup or 250 mL Sour cream 1 lb or 455 g Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 Tbsp or 25 mL Barbecue sauce 1/2 cup or 125 mL Sauteed onions 1/4 cup or 50 mL Chopped cilantro 1 - 1/2 Avocados, sliced into 12 slices 8 12 flour tortillas, warmed Stir peaches into sour cream. Refrigerate until using.

Lightly brush chicken breast with barbecue sauce and grill until cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool; cut into strips.

Toss chicken strips with sauteed onions and cilantro.

Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup (50 mL) chicken strip mixture, 1 slice of avocado and 2 tbsp (25mL) peach sour cream mixture. Roll up tortilla and serve warm.
