Pasta Primavera Courtesy Of: Sysco Corporation Pasta Primavera 4 - 6 Servings 12 oz Penne 3 tablespoons Olive oil 2 Garlic cloves, peeled 2 Large green peppers, medium diced 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced 2 Large tomatoes, medium diced 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup Water from cooked pasta 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese To taste Salt and pepper Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of cooking water and drain pasta. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet. Add garlic, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, cooking water and hot pasta. Blend and simmer until hot. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
