Cherry Berry Smoothie Courtesy Of: Cherry Marketing Institute Cherry Berry Smoothie 2 Servings 125 mL or ½ cup Frozen tart cherries, pitted 125 mL or ½ cup Low fat milk 50 mL or ¼ cup Plain low fat yogurt 30 mL or 2 Tbsp Blueberries, fresh 15 mL or 1 Tbsp Cherry juice concentrate 15 mL or 1 Tbsp Honey 2 mL or ½ tsp Pure vanilla extract 8 Ice cubes Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional) Garnish: 15 mL or 1 Tsp Slivered toasted almonds 15 mL or 1 Tsp Dried tart cherries, chopped Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into two chilled glasses.

Garnish with almonds and dried cherries. Serve immediately.
