Chicken & Bacon Sacchettini Courtesy Of: Canada Bread Chicken & Bacon Sacchettini 4 Servings 700 g or 1.5 lbs Arrezzio Chicken & Bacon Sachettini 200 g or 8 oz Cooked chicken breast, diced 100 g or 4 oz Fontina cheese, cubed 100 g or 4 oz Olive oil 25 g or 1 oz Minced garlic 50 g or 2 oz Parmesan cheese 25 g or 1 oz Parsley, chopped 25 g or 1 oz Lemon juice Gently sauté the garlic in a little olive oil over low heat until translucent but not brown. Add Parmesan cheese, fresh chopped parsley, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste, to make an Olive Oil & Garlic Pesto.

Add diced chicken and cubed Fontina cheese.

Gently toss together and set aside.

Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Drain sacchettini and gently toss with sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley to garnish and serve.

Sprinkle on top, your favourite nuts, such as almond slivers, chopped pecans, sesame or cashew nuts.
