Sysco Imperial penne, uncooked 72 stalks Sysco Imperial fresh asparagus, cut at an angle 1-inch lengthwise 6 medium Sysco Imperial yellow onions, diced 18 oz. Arrezzio olive or Sysco Classic vegetable oil 12 Sysco Imperial fresh garlic cloves, minced 36 Sysco Imperial roma tomatoes, diced 12 oz. Sysco Natural fresh basil To taste McCormick salt and black pepper 24 Sysco Classic boneless, skinless chicken breasts 24 oz. Arrezzio parmesan cheese 1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. Steam asparagus until slightly tender, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
3. Sauté onion in oil until translucent. Add garlic and tomatoes; sauté 2 minutes. Add basil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
4. Grill chicken until cooked through, about 3 minutes. Slice lengthwise. Toss chicken, pasta, and asparagus into the sauté pan until all ingredients are incorporated. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
