Dried cranberries To taste Sysco Imperial/McCormick ground black pepper, 1. For each serving, crush 2 garlic cloves; add to 1 Tbsp. butter in skillet over medium heat. Cook until garlic begins to brown. Add pork chop; brown both sides. Drain off pan grease; add 1/3 cup cranberry juice and 1/4 oz. dried cranberries. Sprinkle meat with pepper to taste. Cover pan; simmer 5 minutes, turning meat once.
2. Remove chop to serving plate; reduce pan juices slightly, then pour over meat.
