Smoked Salmon Reuben Courtesy Of: Sysco Corporation Smoked Salmon Reuben 24 48 slices Rye bread 1 cup Russian salad dressing 3 lb. Sysco Classic sauerkraut, drained 4 lb. 8 oz. Sysco Imperial smoked salmon, sliced 3/4 cup Sysco Imperial butter, softened For each serving: Spread 2 slices rye bread with 1 teaspoon dressing on each slice. Layer bottom bread slice with 1 ounce sauerkraut, 3 ounces salmon slices, then 1 ounce sauerkraut again. Cover with top bread slice. Spread outside surfaces of bread with 1/2 tablespoon butter. Brown sandwich on flat-top grill.
