Use tomatoes held at room temperature until fully ripe. Core tomatoes; cut into pieces small enough to fit into a juice extractor feed tube. 2. Place tomatoes into juice extractor feed tube. Juice tomatoes according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to a container. Stir in seasoned salt and optional seasoning, if desired. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. (Tomato pulp may be used in stock, if desired.)
