Pasta Soup & Meatballs Courtesy Of: Sysco Corporation Pasta Soup & Meatballs 24 6 oz. each Sysco Imperial fresh diced onions and celery, chopped 2 tbsp. Sysco Imperial minced garlic 1/3 cup Sysco Classic liquid margarine 1-1/2 qt. Sysco Suprema Original Pasta sauce 3 qts. Water 2 lbs. Sysco Imperial fresh diced tomatoes 2 tsp. each Sysco Imperial salt, dried basil, and Italian seasoning 1 tsp. each Sysco Imperial dried oregano and ground black pepper 3 lbs. Sysco Classic pre-cooked meatballs 1 lb., 8 oz. Arrezzio rotini garden noodles, cooked For garnish Arrezzio grated parmesan cheese 1. Cook onions, celery and garlic in margarine until softened. Add sauce, water, tomatoes, and seasonings.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
2. Add meatballs and pasta to soup. Heat to simmer.
Portion 6 oz. soup and 2 oz. meatballs each.
Garnish with Parmesan, as desired.
