Alaska Crab Legs With Creamy Dijon Sauce Courtesy Of: Trident Seafoods Alaska Crab Legs With Creamy Dijon Sauce 4 - 6 3 - 4 lbs Alaska King Crab Legs, thawed if necessary 1/4 cup Sour cream 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp Lemon juice 1/2 tsp Prepared horseradish 1/4 tsp Dry mustard 1/4 tsp Grated lemon peel 1/8 tsp White pepper Fill fry pan to 1/2-inch depth with water, add crab legs and bring to boil;reduce heat cover and simmer 4 minutes. Drain and serve with dipping sauce.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill thoroughly.
Makes approximately 1/2 a cup of dipping sauce.
